Order Placement
All orders for Sassy Kids Parties are taken via our website with payment taken at time of order. Once your order has been taken you will be sent a confirmation email containing the details of your order.
Order Tracking
You can track your order via your on our website. Simply log in to your account and check what stage your order is at.
Supply packages are delivered Australia Wide via Australia post within 5-10 working days, a flat fee of $9 is charged Australia wide. Orders can be Express Posted for a delivery charge of $15. Hire packages are delivered to your door prior to the day of your party. Hire packages are delivered free of charge. Invitations for hire packages are posted out as soon as the order is placed.
Terms & Conditions
The hirer is responsible for theft, damages, or breakages to equipement. The items are to be returned clean, otherwise an extra charge is levied. Table clothes and table runners are not to be washed but returned dry to aviod mildew. All items are to be returned on the due date or an extra levy will be charged. Sassy Kids Parties accepts, to the poin of the law permits, no responsibility for injury to persons or damage to property caused by items of hire.
